Continuity mistake: When Chazz appears on the staircase in front of Jaden, Syrus, Hassleberry and Atticus, he puts his hands on his hips. When it cuts to a closer shot of Chazz, his hands are at his side. (00:08:55)
Continuity mistake: After Chazz hands Jaden the card to use in the duel, in the shot of Jaden saying "Uh, okay", the card is level with his face. In the next shot, the card is lowered away from his face. (00:10:52)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the battle between Jaden Yuki and Gravekeeper's Chief, just as the explosion settles, in one shot you see the Gravekeeper's Spear card to the left of Gravekeeper's Chief on the duel disk. However in the next shot Gravekeeper's Spear is replaced with Magician of Black Chaos, which Chief neither has in his deck or ever played in the match. (00:13:35)
