The Blacklist

Milton Bobbit - S1-E18

Other mistake: The doctor is supposedly being led away in handcuffs, but isn't handcuffed when an explosion goes off behind them and they are thrown to the ground. (00:37:30)

Anslo Garrick, Part 1 - S1-E9

Other mistake: Elizabeth picks up a stuffed bunny which supposedly was from her childhood. The bunny has burns on it after being in a fire. You can see 2 plastic tag fasteners attached to the bunny, which wouldn't have survived the fire.

Suggested correction: Later we see in the flashback that Liz was holding the bunny. It only got singed as she was escaping. It wasn't "in" the fire.

Berlin - S1-E21

Other mistake: When Paul goes into the bank he's carrying the money bag. When he is seen walking into the bathroom for the first time, he isn't carrying the bag, which is already on the windowsill.

Anslo Garrick, Part 1 - S1-E9

Character mistake: As Reddington sets up the blood transfer between himself and Ressler he inserts the intravenous line in Ressler's arm first and then in his own arm. This way the remaining air inside the line gets into the recipient's body and could very well kill him. Judging the expert way he handles the set up he should know to first insert the IV in his own arm, let the line fill with blood and then insert the IV in Ressler's arm.

Suggested correction: That amount of air would probably not cause any problem. It actually takes quite a lot of air to cause any issue.

The Corsican (No. 20) - S6-E2

Question: When Ressler is trying to find the elusive Constantine, why don't they radio descriptions such as (grey hair, sunglasses, blue blazer)? As he tends to the victim shot at UN, why does he not simultaneously radio for perimeter search with description? In same episode, Keen states how much "good" Red does as if defending him to her "sister" yet she then says she is the one who turned him in? Not logical. And besides, was it ever proven that the sister is in fact Liz's sister via DNA etc.? Not very good FBI work.
