Charlie Chaplin: Your shoe. Would you eat it?
Marion Davies: Um, of course I would.
Charlie Chaplin: You would?
Marion Davies: I'd have to boil it first.
Charlie Chaplin: That's funny.
Lee: You are aware there's a really huge civil war going on everywhere?
Shop Assistant: We usually try to stay out of it. With everything that's been going on, it seems like it's for the best.
Betsy Jobs: You kicked Checkers, you're prejudiced and you have a potty mouth.
Betsy Jobs: Checkers pooped.
Rose Mary Woods: Girls, the President's dog doesn't "poop." He "does his business."
Amber Atkins: Loretta, never have kids.
Loretta: Oh, honey, God bless ya for thinking I still could.
Amber Atkins: Oh yeah. Guys get out of Mount Rose all the time on hockey scholarships... or prison.
Amber Atkins: Yah, my ma's clothes all melted onto mine forming, like, this big polyester meteor in our closet, y'know? But, in some kinda weird miracle, our neighbor boy, Kenny Hanson, found my tap costume on the roof o' their trailer while he was settin' coon traps for his dad. Here's the weird part: it was still on the hanger.
Claire Colburn: Welcome to the annual meeting of people who annually meet, and we'll see ya'll next year.

You failed. You think I care about that? I do understand. You wanna be really great? Then have the courage to fail big and stick around. Make them wonder why you're still smiling.
Claire Colburn: I've spent so much time thinking about all the answers to the problem, that I forget what the problem actually was.
Claire Colburn: Sadness is easier because its surrender. I say make time to dance alone with one hand waving free.
Claire Colburn: We peaked on the phone.
Claire Colburn: What they say is, it will hit you, it could be ten minutes or it could be ten years from now.
Claire Colburn: Never met a Mitch I didn't like. Fun, full of life. Like... everyone wants to be a part of Mitch's club.
Claire Colburn: Life cannot be so cruel that we don't deserve to be together... to eat.
Claire Colburn: Do you ever just think I'm fooling everybody?
Drew Baylor: You have no idea.
Claire Colburn: Most of the sex I've had in my life was not as personal as that kiss.
Claire Colburn: I'm impossible to forget, but I'm hard to remember.
Claire Colburn: Hey, you're only 45 minutes away. You wanna meet halfway and see the sunrise? At this point it's probably easier to stay up.
Drew Baylor: You think so?
Claire Colburn: I think that's what "they" say.
Claire Colburn: How could I leave you in distress?
