Other mistake: If the Maitlands cannot be seen in a reflection being ghosts, then Lydia would not have seen them in the attic window in her camera, as that uses a mirror to reflect the image through the viewfinder.

Beetlejuice (1988)
Suggested correction: However, when Lydia moves the camera away from her face to get a better look, she had both eyes open when using the camera (with her right eye looking through the viewfinder). This is a recommended technique to help get a perspective and keep one's focus on the subject. This means she could have seen the Maitlands with her left eye, the one that had a direct view of the window.

Beetlejuice (1988)
Other mistake: When Adam's headless body runs into the hallway to go shut the attic door, you can see a reflection of his body when he crashes into the banister. Ghosts don't have reflections, as seen in the beginning.

Phone Booth (2002)
Other mistake: In one scene we see a "chalk outline" on the ground of where the pimp's body was laying. This is something that is never done in real life given it can contaminate the crime scene. (00:34:00)

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001)
Other mistake: When Frodo is riding along with Gandalf the Grey as they pass the kids in the cart, we see a shot of the path they are riding along that shows an automobile tire tread in it.

Pitch Black (2000)
Other mistake: When Fry is looking around for Riddick at the end, she's holding the blue bottle of bugs to light her way. The blue light on her face isn't from the bottle as she holds it, as she's circling around in some cases with the bottle completely behind her, yet her face is still lit up blue.

The Gate (1987)
Other mistake: Despite the noise of the demon in the house, the tornado clouds outside, the flashing lights from the demon exploding and the fireworks in the sky - not a single neighbor is anywhere to be seen. Even after daylight breaks the neighborhood is a ghost town as we pan away from the actors.
6th Oct 2011
Pee-wee's Big Adventure (1985)
Other mistake: The security footage that Terry shows of Pee Wee going through the Godzilla set is simply a black and white version of the same footage we see as movie watchers of the film, not from the camera being used to shoot the movie.

The A-Team (2010)
Other mistake: Towards the end when we see one of the $100 bill plates up close, the plate is not of any money ever put into production in the US. While I know most movies do not try and use actual money, there are things that don't match how real money is made: serial numbers are not on the plates, circle around Ben's head doesn't go to the border, "The United States of America" is missing above the "100" on the left, just to name a few.
12th Aug 2011
Liar Liar (1997)
Other mistake: Tower Air never had direct flight service to Boston, only to NY from LA.

All About Steve (2009)
Other mistake: The camera shots that Steve takes during the storm are far too steady given how much we see him moving the camera, almost as if it was on a tripod. The problem is that Steve is holding the camera and we can see how much it moves during the ground collapse footage he takes when the kids are being rescued.

White Chicks (2004)
Other mistake: When Marcus comes out for the first time on the runway with the real Wilson sister he's supposed to be, both of them are wearing the exact same outfits they had just walked the runway with.

White Chicks (2004)
Other mistake: When Marcus' wife is at the restaurant, she hands her credit card to the waitress who comes back just a few seconds later to not only tell her the card was declined but to also have an agent on the phone. Given the scene is shown in realtime - there's no way all that could have been accomplished in just a few seconds.
5th Jul 2011
The Amityville Horror (2005)
Other mistake: The type of pan George uses to make eggs is far more modern a design than when the movie is supposed to take place in the late 70's.
30th Mar 2011
Swimfan (2002)
Other mistake: When Madison is arrested and in the back of a Saddle River police car, there is no railroad crossing anywhere in or around Saddle River matching where they supposedly stopped at.
27th Mar 2011
Kung Pow: Enter the Fist (2002)
Other mistake: When the Chosen One asks for a pound of nuts, he's handed a thing of flowers, not nuts. In the next scene we now show him feeding the "nuts" to a squirrel.
17th Feb 2011
Zombies of Mass Destruction (2009)
Other mistake: During the church scene, an elderly man is seen using a Black Motorola flip cell phone that wasn't available until 2005, some 2 years after the movie was set.
17th Jan 2011
Flash Gordon (1980)
Other mistake: When Hans Zarkov is having his mind scanned we see tons of images flash by. The one for "Space scientist fired" is several paragraphs long but only the first one was about Hans. The rest is about a leash law in Wellesley, MA.
4th Jan 2011
Kindergarten Cop (1990)
Other mistake: When Det. Kimble comes out of the school on the stretcher, we see all his class gathered by his side yet still next to the school. Standard FEMA operating procedures (and common sense) would have had the kids far away from the school and not standing near the entrance emergency workers are actively using to get the fire under control.
1st Jan 2011
Love Potion No. 9 (1992)
Other mistake: When the police drop their weapons to chase after the screaming woman who just took the concentrated love potion, you can see the machine guns have no magazine clips in them.
28th Nov 2010
Twister (1996)
Other mistake: When Paxton and Hunt are in the shed at the end attaching themselves to the water pipe with the straps, there is an above shot looking down at them. If you look outside the window you can see corn husks barely moving on the ground despite there being an F-5 right outside.
