Revealing mistake: While everyone is pinned down, when Jothee shows up in the stolen Scarran ship and fires on the enemy, in the overhead shot we can see the special effects canisters that cause the explosions on the ground.

Visible crew/equipment: During the escape, Aeryn comments that there are too many fresh boot prints and they're not alone, then a few shots later after D'Argo shouts, "Get back! Get back!," in the next shot the springboard can be seen propelling a Peacekeeper stuntman.

Visible crew/equipment: During the escape with the Eidelons, when Aeryn's holding the baby and says, "There's too many boot prints and they're fresh. We're not alone," a moment later there's an explosion, then after she shouts, "Inside," and leaves, in the next wide shot the springboard can be seen propelling an Eidelon stuntman. Plus the fact that in this shot Aeryn is still by the wall.

Visible crew/equipment: After Aeryn delivers the baby and asks John if he can get them out of there, in the shot after they kiss there's an explosion, and as the Charrid stuntman is thrown into the air we can see the springboard's top platform flip up, which propelled him into the air.

Revealing mistake: When John uses Scorpius as a shield and takes cover in front of him, as John fires at the Tregans behind Scorpius, there are round black devices attached to the back of Scorpius' suit that are there for the gunfire special effects, which suddenly appear then disappear after.

Visible crew/equipment: While Moya is under attack by the Tregans, after D'Argo asks Pilot if Moya can free herself from the hauling lines, when Pilot shouts, "The Tregan ship is pulling us in," we can see the puppeteer rods under Pilot's arms and also the fingers of one of Pilot's puppeteers.

Continuity mistake: When D'Argo, who is followed by a few Eidelons, is walking to meet Moya's pod (with Chiana aboard), there are short shadows directly beneath D'Argo in shots facing him, but in the shot facing the pod there's a long shadow being cast in front of him.
