Corrected entry: "Hooverville" is shown to be in Central Park. NYC's "Hooverville" is on the west side on empty land next to the Hudson River.

Cinderella Man (2005)
Corrected entry: Right after the movie goes into the Great Depression, Jim Braddock goes out into the kitchen where Mae is cooking breakfast. There is a clock over on a shelf by the stove. Throughout the entire scene, the time never changes.
Correction: Clocks break or simply stop, and many people, myself included, have left the broken or unwound clock untouched for an indefinite amount of time.

Correction: The film is accurate. During the Great Depression, the largest Hooverville in New York was located in Central Park.
