Continuity mistake: As Holmes is talking about the derailment, the distance between him and Captain Shaw changes between shots, just before Shaw says "Very well figured out, Holmes." Also, after Holmes sits down, the camera focuses on him several times. During these scenes, Captain Shaw and Sir Evan's leg disappear. (00:28:52)

Continuity mistake: While Sir Evan and Holmes are watching the Nazi plane landing, Meade hides behind some trees. In the next shot, when Meade runs to the plane, the trees he was hidden next to disappear. (00:46:38)

Continuity mistake: When Holmes reveals that Sir Evan is the mole, the Nazi gives a big smile and we can see that his entire right cheek is shadowed. In the next shot, there is no shadow on his face and he remains serious. In the next shot, Sir Evan smiles again and the shadow has returned. (00:58:56)
