Suggested correction: We can see Peppa and George's teeth when Peppa asks George if his teeth are clean like hers. This is before they are at the dentist.

Continuity mistake: When Peppa and her family walk out their house to find Mr. Dinosaur, George is smiling. When Peppa and family arrive in front of the tree, George is frowning. (00:03:46)

Suggested correction: In the shot after the family walks out of the house, it takes about 7 seconds for George and the two parents to come into the shot. There is absolutely no doubt that they had enough time to change their facial expressions.
