Correction: In Jan's dream, this change does not occur between shots. While Cindy is off-screen, there is ample time for her to roll onto her back. In the first shot, we see Cindy on her right side. Then, there is a shot of Jan walking closer to Marcia. It cuts to a close-up shot of the scissors cutting Marcia's hair. It's in the next shot that we finally see Cindy on her back and lifting her head up.
