Continuity mistake: When Vlad heads out into battle, he leaves through the chapel doors, which open onto a view of the sky at sunset and his army assembled outside the door. Continuity mistake: When Elisabeta is lying dead in the chapel, the neck on her dress and the top of the bodice keep alternating between being pale green/yellowish and having a dark green color. For example, when Vlad picks up her suicide letter, the collar area is dark green, but after Vlad drinks from the chalice, the collar area of her dress has a pale yellowish color. (00:03:20)

Continuity mistake: When the great doors to Dracula's castle open, an ornate table with a statuette and two large candle holders is standing inside the castle. When Dracula's shadow appears, the statuette is still there, but the candle holders are gone. (00:12:35)
