Continuity mistake: Jack tries to brainstorm a solution with Bob for jammed landing gear problem. Bob is useless though, and just start sobbing. In his close-up you can see the monitor on the console is switched off, while it's on in the wide shots of the room. (00:36:25)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Revealing mistake: During the "green storm", the co-pilot finally gets to her station. Cut to the playroom, and one hilarious CGI bottle of booze spins around in the air being blatantly superimposed. (00:14:30)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Continuity mistake: Carol asks her boss if he wants a card, and he says no. In close-up, he has a finger up his cheek, and it was not so in the previous wider angle. (00:31:40)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Continuity mistake: Jack the tech guy picks the fried board up from the radio station. Between the close-up and the second shot of the scene, the shadow from the keyboard changes significantly. (00:32:25)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Continuity mistake: Pilots and flight control are talking about the weather forecast. There's a close-up of the control tower monitor. Next shot is a wider one, and the computer has a different layout of open windows. (00:30:55)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Continuity mistake: Janet pulls down the bandage and watches (close-up) something move under her skin. She rightfully freaks out, but the bandage in that shot is rolled down in a different way, less folded on itself. (00:27:35)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Continuity mistake: Carol knees Bob in the nuts; Janet just her scarf off, but when she laughs at him it is back on, even if loose. (00:26:40)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Revealing mistake: Twice when both the couples of patrons are shown in their cabin and the camera pans from one to the other, right to left. Both times it's a fake panning shot with the wrong perspective in the CGI rooms, and in the second actual cabin you can even see the green screen. The first time around you can even see a door closed in one room and open in the adjacent one. (00:25:00 - 00:28:50)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Continuity mistake: Janet escorts the rich clients passing in front of the bar. When she comes back from the whole 2 meters walk, there's a towel on the counter that was not there before - and the other two staff members are still in the opposite side of the room. (00:23:10)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Continuity mistake: The stewardess slips on a little streak of alien goo and falls on it knee-first (which already is pretty difficult to do). Her knee is stained by it in a different pattern between shots. (00:21:35)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Revealing mistake: The cool hi-tech roulette table has trapdoors and a rolling surface and...no it does not. None of that is real, it's all poor CGI. (00:19:00)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Audio problem: When the mysterious lens flare creature possesses the microwave oven, its door opens with a disproportionate "creaking door hinges" sound effect. Inherent phoniness aside, the noise is also continuous, but if you look at the door, it did not open in one fluid motion; the actor's pelvic thrusts as he was boinking the stewardess got in the door's path for a moment putting it to a momentary halt. Flight to Hell (2003)
Continuity mistake: Janet the stewardess is bending over to do some kitchen work, and a guy who was passing by gets all frisky about that. He has his hat in his right hand, but going through the door to act like a caveman (much to her delight, too) his hat switched to the left hand. (00:11:20)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Other mistake: When the pilot reaches the plane, the car 'slides' in front of the background in an obvious fake movement. Not that a pilot would drive his car and park it on the airport lane a few yards from its wheels anyway...in between two engines of a jumbo jet even. (00:04:50)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Revealing mistake: When the protagonist drives through Las Vegas and then to the airport, all the reflections in his car window are tacked-on post-production effects (obvious lens flare, images superimposed on the frame, etc). (00:03:50)

Flight to Hell (2003)
Continuity mistake: The pilot wakes up in a cold sweat and (without a change of clothes) starts putting on some pants and shaving. As he shaves, he puts on in close-up his shoes. Not only the shoes were nowhere to be seen (and the razor is on a short cord) but now he has socks too. (00:02:45)

Flight to Hell (2003)

Character mistake: The very advanced computer on the plane can't spell, since it infers probabilities that a member of the crew has been "INFECTETED" by the creature. (01:06:40)
