When he sarcastically answers "Couldn't be better", TC' s has both hands around the bottle, while he just had one on top in the first shot. Rick has both hands around the can, and in the next shot he's got just one, the other being behind it. It goes back and forth as the two different angles alternate in editing. (00:10:55)

Even more noticeably, when Higgins tells him that he does not have to do this etc, he is pulling her with him using his hand encumbered with the trinkets bag, but at the cut his hand is empty and directly on her bare shoulder.
