Plot hole: In the end, the scientist makes a bullet that can destroy the Reapers. She shoots one inside her lab with the Reaper a very short distance away from her, and the scene cuts. A little later, she shoots a Reaper outside, which results in a violent explosion. An explosion that size would have most likely killed her and destroyed the entire floor, plus the floor above and below the lab. However, when she shows up, she is not injured or burned.

Continuity mistake: When John Wick and two bad guys point their guns at one another, the guns are empty. They then struggle to reload. The bad guy on the right drops his empty magazine just before the camera angle changes. John and the bad guy stand and point their empty guns again. When the camera angle points to the bad guy lying down, you see the other bad guy's magazine drop to the ground. When the camera angle changes again, you see the standing bad guy drop the empty magazine a second time. (01:01:10)

Continuity mistake: When Spartan is swearing at the verbal morality machine and pulls out several citations at once (the last ones he grabs), an actor and actress standing directly behind him start to walk away and go off screen to the right behind Spartan. The view snaps to Huxley and Garcia, then back to Spartan. When it snaps back to Spartan, the same two are standing directly behind Spartan again and start to walk away to the right again.
