When the camera cuts, the shadow he's casting on the wall in front of him vanishes. (Likely due to the lighting being different for the setup.)

Continuity mistake: In the flashback to the post-credits scene to "Curse of Chucky," you hear Chucky scream "Wait!" This never happened in the original scene.

Trivia: Foley having a foot-fetish and forcing Nica to wear high-heel shoes for his own satisfaction was a last-minute addition to the script. As scripted, Nica would have spent the last act barefoot. However, the filming location was so cold, actress Fiona Dourif would have gotten frostbite if she was walking barefoot in the snow. The fetish/shoe angle was added purely to protect her feet. (Foley kissing her feet was an idea a crew member had, which director Don Mancini found too twisted to resist.)

Trivia: The scene where Tiffany calls Andy was added at the last minute. Originally, they didn't interact at all in the film. However, writer/director Don Mancini read several online posts from fans who were excited about the prospect of the characters meeting. So he quickly wrote a new scene where they could talk to each other over the phone.

Trivia: At one point, there was reportedly going to be a scene that explained Andy was well-off financially and had some minor wealth due to receiving insurance money and large pay-outs because of all the murders he witnessed and trauma he went through as a child. It was eventually decided that it simply wasn't necessary for this to be explained.
