Continuity mistake: When Indy and Mutt first meet in the diner scene, look out the window behind Indy. A group of leather-clad bikers are sitting and talking on their motorcycles. They vanish and reappear at least three times during the scene.

Continuity mistake: In the scene in Paris where Christian kisses Andy, from one angle her head is tilted to the right as they kiss, then the shot changes and they are now tilted in the opposite direction. This happens almost every time the angle changes throughout the kiss.

Continuity mistake: During the dinner scene at the beginning of the movie, there is a round polystyrene pot on the table that moves between shots. In the long or close up shots, it is right in front of the Popsicle box, whereas in the side shots, it is in the centre of table, quite a distance from the box.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Max and Leo are trying to persuade the director to join them, his "Chrysler Building" dress changes between shots during the song. In the close up shots, one side of the collar has got caught inside the dress, then it cuts to a longer shot and it is all outside again. This happens several times during the whole routine.

Continuity mistake: During the whole film, even though Ann is thrown about and man-handled by Kong, as well as sliding down rock and cliffs in bare feet, and falling over numerous times to escape the many creatures and dinosaurs, she ends up with virtually no marks or scratches on her body. Her dress is dirty, but that is about it. Her hair also stays reasonably in place. Surely she would have been scratched and bruised all over her legs and arms from the trauma.

Continuity mistake: During the scene when Gaylord's dad has just found out that Pam is pregnant, Bernie enters the room with a bottle of champagne. he crosses to the bed whilst removing the wire top of the cork in preparation of removing the cork. Cut to Gaylord and then back to Bernie and he is removing the wire again. (01:12:30)

Continuity mistake: When Peter first leaves his house near the beginning of the movie, he throws his empty bottle at a lawn chair, and it bounces off onto the ground. In the next shot, when he drives away, you can see nothing on the ground and what looks like the bottle now lying on the chair. (00:03:20)

Continuity mistake: When Budd is in his boss's office being fired, after the boss scribbles out his name on the diary, he puts the pen onto the table in front of him. In the next shot the pen has suddenly disappeared but the pen lid is still there. Also, the lines of cocaine on the mirror on the table change throughout the scene.

Continuity mistake: When Uma Thurman is at the trailer and is shot by Budd, then injected with a drug, there is a close up of her face and hands as she is injected. she clutches some sand in her hands which are under her head and her head drops onto her hand. However in the next shot when Budd is calling Elle on his mobile, if you look at Uma in the background her hands and arms are either side of her head and quite widely spread apart.

Continuity mistake: When "The Bride" is first in Okinawa and talking in the bar to the sword maker, look at his headband. The black and white stripes change from shot to shot, obviously showing how each time the material was twisted by the costumier before shooting. (00:44:15)

Continuity mistake: When Shaun goes to the newsagents after the dead rise, he gets a drink out of the fridge, which has blood-stained hand prints on. He slips on what we assume is blood as he walks away, yet on the way in and as he leaves the shop you can see behind him that there is no blood or any other liquid on the floor. (00:25:35)

Continuity mistake: In the Badlands scene, when Dr. Grant enters the trailer there is a large overhead shade blocking out direct sunlight. On the inside light is streaming through the windows. On top of that, the first window is larger when seen inside the trailer than it is when seen from the outside. (00:09:50)

Continuity mistake: When Sam and his dad are sitting talking by the river, there is a shot from behind them and a girl walks past. It then cuts to a close up and the same girl walks past them again. (00:28:20)

Continuity mistake: When Igby is at his Godfather's party, and is drinking from the wine glass with cigarette ash in it, the glass changes hands. When the ash is put into the glass, he is holding it in his right hand, then the camera angle changes and it is now in his left hand, where it remains for the rest of the scene.

Continuity mistake: At the start of the movie when Cotton's girlfriend is being stalked by the killer, he stabs his knife through her bedroom door making a few large holes, especially with the first stab mark. Later, when Cotton finally gets to the house and is lookng for his girlfriend, he goes up to her door and there are now far smaller holes in the door, all in a nice pattern. When he smashes through the door, from the other side we can see there's no damage at all, then when his girlfriend emerges the stab marks are back, but in a different configuration. (00:07:35)

Continuity mistake: When Rose is looking through Jack's sketchbook when they are sitting on deck near the beginning of the movie, Rose's hair changes form shot to shot. From one angle it is very messy, with a lot of wind blowing it around. However, from the other angle her hair is perfectly styled into ringlets around the front, with little or no wind blowing at it. Continuity mistake: When Robert Redford is looking over Michelle Pfeiffer's news reports, in the montage section where he rejects all her stories, he is, at one point, holding a green sheet of paper. When he hands back the page a split second later it is white.
