Jackie Brown (1997)

Trivia: Samuel L. Jackson has become well known for his use of the word "motherf-er" in his movies. He says this word, or a variation of it (i.e. "give me a MF'ing hug"), more times in Jackie Brown than any of his other movies.

Trivia: Max Cherry tells Jackie about a procedure he had done on his hair. When Robert Forster (who plays Max) was first talking to Quentin Tarantino about the role, he told Tarantino that he had a procedure done to give himself more hair. They decided to write that in for the character of Max.

Factual error: When Max returns to get his gun from Jackie, she invites him in for a cup of coffee. She puts on a Delfonics record, which starts with the song "Didn't I Blow Your Mind." It then goes to the song "La La Means I Love You." She doesn't touch the record once it starts playing. There was not a Delfonics record pressed that has those two songs together in that order.

Jackie Brown (1997)

Factual error: Ordell's house is set in Hermosa Beach. In the scenes that you can see out of his living room window, there is the beach, and a bike path approximately halfway between the house and the ocean. The bike path in the movie is a good distance from the house, but in actuality the Hermosa Beach bike path is right in front of the houses. There is also a rock formation seen outside of the window, which is not in Hermosa Beach either.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene towards the end of the movie when Louis is explaining to Ordell what happened to Melanie, they are riding in a van. Several times during this scene, if you look out Ordell's window, you can see the trailer that the van is riding on (as well as the lighting/camera equipment used) in the reflection of many of the storefront windows.
