Continuity mistake: During the chase scene, just before the Ferrari is destroyed by the trolley, you see Cage dive out of the car and a rear view of the trolley hitting the car. In this shot, you see the complete rear end of the Ferrari, with a blue pickup next to it. In the very next shot, the Ferrari is getting sandwiched between the trolley and the pickup.

Revealing mistake: During the car chase, when the first FBI car flips over, the device used to flip it over is visible on its underside. (00:45:55)

Visible crew/equipment: When Ethan is going into the space ship, one of the critters pursues him. We then can see a man's shadow on the ground, most likely the cameraman's shadow. (01:04:15)

Revealing mistake: When Smith goes to see the Oracle and he puts two of his fingers inside her forearm, if you pay attention, there is a circle where the green effects start, they don't start from inside. (00:33:25)

The-Immortal

Revealing mistake: During the battle of the dock, just before Shara takes her second shot at the digger, she is seen from behind as her weapon is being loaded. As Zee is about to slide the rocket in, the green screen is momentarily visible through the barrel. (01:05:35)

Revealing mistake: When Chosen One is training and Wimp Lo comes up to him and says: "Knock, Knock. Who's there?" You can see that he is transparent because the scenery is visible through him, this is easily seen in his black hair. It is also apparent when he says, "Take a close look 'coz I rule baby". But by the next shot he isn't transparent anymore. (00:20:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Charlie is in the ventilation system and says, "I could use some help here," the boom mike briefly pops into the picture. (00:44:40)

Visible crew/equipment: After Reggie touches the metal poles, he goes flying backwards. As he hit's the floor, you can see a thick white rope attached to his left foot. (01:11:10)

Hamster ★

Continuity mistake: During the Hummer chase scene, after the Hummer smashes into the truck with all the water jugs, you can see from a shot inside the Hummer that the windshield is cracked. For the rest of the chase, it isn't. (00:45:28)

Continuity mistake: During the scene right after Amy's boss drives away, you can see the street behind her, over her shoulder, is empty of vehicles. The camera zooms in as she flicks her cigarette away, and in the cut shot, suddenly a taxi appears over her shoulder, which was not there a second before. (00:37:30)

Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the movie when Ed Harris gets shot watch him fall. He lands on a mat then a second later you see him being dragged by Nicolas Cage and the mat is gone.

Continuity mistake: When Nicolas Cage drives through the window in the yellow Ferrari and the shot changes, he is coming out from a different window than in the first shot. In the first shot he emerges from the window to the left of the 7th Street Garage storefront ('Classic Autos' written on the window), but next shot he emerges from the window to the storefront's right. Also, note the now glassless window to the storefront's left, due to a previous take.

Revealing mistake: When Tall Man picks up the casket and shoves it in the hearse, you can see that the backside is flat and has no handle. You can also see the ties holding the flowers onto the casket. (00:07:50)

Continuity mistake: While in the chamber Isherwood shows his glove and says it is eating them. We see him looking through his helmet at the glove and it is covered in foam, however in the next shot from the outside, there is no foam at all. (00:09:55)

Revealing mistake: During the big chase scene when the tram is out of control as it hits the last car and blows up you can see rubber tires on it, specially added to let it go on tarmac.

Revealing mistake: In the beginning of the movie when Wolverine puts the cigar out in his hand, you can see the mark of a wedding ring on his ring finger (Hugh Jackman is married). Even if Wolverine got married during the "blurred" bit of his memory so doesn't remember it (tenuous at best), his healing ability would have removed any ring mark. Either way it just doesn't belong.
