Continuity mistake: In the last classroom scene, the blue oval design on Gabby's cap appears and disappears between a few of the last shots of the scene, first when Vinnie runs up to Professor Q (because Rocket went ahead and switched both his and Gabby's test papers) and later when Professor Q was talking about how he was ∞ proud of Vinnie. I Got a Rocket! (2006)
Continuity mistake: After Vinnie completes his lifetime of tests, Rocket proceeds to mark them and tells him that he failed some tests but that he passed his Art "with a lovely rendition of the Mona Lisa." When Rocket is seen holding up the paper and when the camera shows Vinnie sitting at the desk explaining what he actually drew, the tick on the paper is different between the 2 shots. (00:07:15)

I Got a Rocket! (2006)
Continuity mistake: When Rocket pulls out his printing calculator to calculate the amount of lifespan Vinnie would have left, he lets Vinnie make a decision but he speeds up his decision-making by reading off the countdown timer that magically appeared on his calculator. The calculator is also different in the close-up with the missing thermal printer and a different keypad layout, as well as a different number, where the number is transcribed as what Rocket says is "30484800 minutes 57 seconds" and when the calculator display is shown in the close-up 8 seconds later, it shows the number "20484 80056." I Got a Rocket! (2006)
Revealing mistake: After Round Alpha-1 concludes in the Inner City Academic Amathalon, Vinnie complains that he should have studied, and his head falls to the table. However, for about 1 frame before his head falls to the table and Rocket grabs his ear, the shadow of his head can be seen on the table while his head stays upright. (00:09:20)
