Character mistake: George makes a big deal about wanting to say "I love you" to the girl he's dating and says he's never said it to a girl, just a dog once, and he wants to say it just once. But in s02e01, "The Ex-Girlfriend", George tells Jerry he had to say "I love you" to Marlene when she told him she loves him.

Continuity mistake: When George and Elaine are at the psychic, Elaine is saying she doesn't know how the psychic can put a cigarette in her mouth. At this point the psychic has the cigarette in her mouth and her hands are clasped. In the next shot, the cigarette is now in her hand.

Continuity mistake: When George goes into the suit shop after being told about the sale, he sees another man trying on the suit. George tells the man the sale is on Monday and the man takes off the suit coat and George is holding it in his hands when the saleswoman says the sale is on Friday. In the next shot, she has the coat and is hanging it despite never taking it from George.

Trivia: George is wearing a "Broadway Bound" shirt. "Broadway Bound" is a Neil Simon play and Jason Alexander (George) played Stanley when the play opened on Broadway. Stanley Jerome is a neurotic, high-strung character who is constantly obsessing and worrying over details. He and his brother work at writing a comedy sketch for CBS Studios.

Continuity mistake: After George puts a couple of the snacks in his mouth, he takes a bite of the next one before Father Jessup says George is great comfort. In the next shot, the snack George is whole and no longer has a bite taken out of it.

Continuity mistake: When Kramer comes back in after realizing the smell was the beach, you see Jerry's door closing and it almost shut. In the next shot, it's wide open.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning, Jerry is eating cereal and reading the paper. He puts down his spoon to turn the page. The page is still in his hand when the shot changes and now he's back to holding hod spoon.

Trivia: While everybody blames George for nearly killing The Bubble Boy, it was actually Susan who pops the bubble. She's the one who hit the plastic divider that causes it to break and hiss as it leaked out the air.

The Fire - S5-E20

Continuity mistake: When Jerry opens the magazine to the article about him before handing it to George, the left side is mostly black with a picture and the right side is half black with "now" in big yellow letters. In the next shot of him handing the magazine to George, the page seen is mostly white with fine print and a small picture. In the next shots of George reading it, the magazine is back to where Jerry had opened it up to the first time.

The Maid - S9-E19

Trivia: The grandson, Bobby, that ends up calling Elaine is voiced by Thomas Dekker in an uncredited role. Dekker played Bobby in s07e04, "The Wink", the sick boy in the hospital that had the Yankees signed birthday card. Dekker also appeared in s05e16, "The Stand-In", as "Son" that Mickey stands in for.

Continuity mistake: When George bites into the onion, you can see the top of the onion is facing up or towards the camera, next to his finger. In the next shot, you can tell the onion has rotated position. You can see the root is to the side, so the top would be on the side instead of up.

Trivia: When Jerry is talking about going on a date with Miss Rhode Island, Kramer says "they're never in contention." He really wasn't exaggerating. At the time of the episode, the highest a Miss Rhode Island contestant placed was 3rd runner-up (1968) and other than that, they never were even in the top 15.

Question: At the end, when Susan comes back and says she's been thinking about the wedding, and George has his hand on her shoulder, there's a framed picture (or painting) on the wall. What is it a picture of or suppose to be? (I'm sure the picture is in other episodes, this is just where I noticed it and it's fully in the shot.

Continuity mistake: After crazed Jerry and Elaine leave to get a hat, Kramer picks up the tub of ice cream Jerry had set down and starts to put the lid on. In the next shot, he's not holding the ice cream.

Trivia: After Kramer has "cooked" himself on the roof, he's in his hot tub with Newman sitting in the room with him. Newman is reading "Alive", the story of plane crash survivors eating the dead passengers to stay alive. Newman keeps seeing Kramer as food in the episode.

Trivia: When Jerry is talking about the "magic loogie", it is a parody of the scene from the film "JFK", where Jerry is parodying Kevin Costner. Wayne Knight (who plays Newman) not only appeared in "JFK", he was also in the magic bullet scene and positioned in the same spot for both scenes.

Trivia: In Jerry's dream of Leo doing pull-ups. Leo has a tattoo on his back that says "Brentano's", the name of The Bookstore Leo got caught stealing from.

Trivia: Despite Christine Taylor (the woman Jerry is dating in the episode) now being the real-life daughter-in-law of Jerry Stiller (who plays George Costanza's dad), Taylor didn't meet Jerry's son, Ben Stiller, until 2 years later.

Factual error: On the bottom of all checks, they have the routing number, followed by the account number, followed by a repeat of the check number found in the top right corner. When we see Jerry's bounced check, "1246" isn't seen after the account number.

The Abstinence - S8-E9

Revealing mistake: When Kramer and his lawyer, Jackie, are in the taxi; when Jackie says "who told you to have a pow wow", a man is seen walking across the rear window. The taxi is supposed to be moving, but the man's position stays the same (the taxi should be pulling away from him). The actual traffic filmed for the green screen doesn't seem to react to a man jaywalking in front of them either, as it was someone walking across the set.
