Continuity mistake: On the forest moon of Endor, when the stormtrooper punches Han, he falls and has a blaster in his hand but it disappears when he hits the ground. He can't have thrown it during the time he was falling, because he shot accidentally when he was near the ground. If he has thrown it, it should have been near him.

Revealing mistake: After the rebels have destroyed the radar on Endor, there's a shot of Lando and a Sullustean laughing, and after that, a shot of spaceships. One Y-Wing passes in front of an X-Wing, but the light of its engines disappears a little bit before.

Continuity mistake: On the forest moon of Endor, when Chewbacca finds the dead animal, it's attached on a little tree but when they are trapped in the net, the animal is still there, but the tree has disappeared.

Revealing mistake: After Wicket tells the rebels where the secret entrance to the base is, there's a shot of spaceships flying in space. An X-Wing passes through the Millennium Falcon and another one through a Calamarian cruiser.

Revealing mistake: When the Tydirium shuttle is flying toward the Imperial spaceships, there's a frontal shot of it and a strange thing appears near the shuttle for a few frames. It's not the kind of marks that appears on an old film, or a special effects box. It's like a problem with the matte painting.

Other mistake: When Vader's shuttle lands on the forest moon of Endor, an Imperial AT-AT walks near the landing pad. There's a strange shadow that keeps appearing and disappearing on one of its leg. Maybe the shadow of the puppeteers?

Continuity mistake: The Millenium Falcon lost its radar in the Death Star, but it is visible at the end.

Revealing mistake: During the lightsaber duel, Vader throws his at Luke. The catwalk behind Luke explodes, but if you watch closely there are two explosions: one some inches over where the lightsaber actually hits and one far on the left.

Other mistake: When R2-D2 cuts the net, only Han, Luke, and Chewbacca fall from it. Maybe C3P0 would have held for a moment because his leg was stuck in the net, but R2 was right over the hole.
