Continuity mistake: As the destroyed helicopter falls, it first falls straight and smooth. Then the wreckage is twisting, and finally on the ground. As the wreckage is on the ground, there is no indication that it has just hit, as indicated by the off-screen noise, and the explosions are on an already settled prop set up for the stunt.

Continuity mistake: After giving the fifty sovereigns over for a cigarette, Bond takes his hands away from the case. After the line "Any more in the other case?", his hands are suddenly back on the case.

Continuity mistake: As Bond's car takes off, a green cab, then the Bulgarian's car are after him. A moment later, the inside shot of the car reveals the cab has suddenly disappeared.
