Continuity mistake: As Ray is giving a speech to the Resistance members on Earth X, one blond haired soldier is looking up at him and then smiles. It then cuts to a view of a different soldier with the blond guy still in the frame and instantly he is no longer smiling. (01:00:20)

Continuity mistake: When Overgirl, Blitzkrieg, and Black Arrow find Vibe at his computers, he dives to the right towards a hatch in the floor that is open. This hatch magically materialized from nothing as it was not there just a moment before. (00:36:00)

Continuity mistake: Back at the bar, the table to the right of Ray and John where Ray's future boyfriend, Jacob, is sitting has a light sitting on it. The light is right in the center of the table. Then after John points to them guy sat that table and it shows them from a different angle, the light is suddenly closer to the edge and towards the right. (00:25:30)

Continuity mistake: When Ray starts to levitate in John's house, he looks down and he is hovering right above the table with the couch to his right. In the next shot, the table has suddenly vanished and it's now showing that the wall across from the couch with the TV and chair are on his right. (00:20:25)

Continuity mistake: Ray and his friends are trying to talk to the City Councilman when they get the news that he's shutting down their department. There is a phone on the table and in the close ups of the boss, there is still enough of the table shown that the phone should be visible. But it's gone in these shots. (00:13:05)

Continuity mistake: The Ray destroys a tank and says "Scratch one tank" as the camera pans up to show The Ray, Red Tornado and Black Condor hovering above the tank. All three of them are facing the same direction down the street. But then it cuts to a close up from over Red Tornado's shoulder and suddenly he's the only one facing the same direction. The Ray and Black Condor are suddenly turned 90° to the right facing the direction that Red Tornado is. (00:03:30)

Continuity mistake: On a bridge where Phantom Lady and Dollman are, a tank plows over a destroyed half track and takes positions with Nazi soldiers on either side of it, but none are in front of it. When it jump cuts to a close up suddenly two Nazis are standing right in front of the tank firing. (00:02:45)

Continuity mistake: After Phantom Lady tells the Freedom Fighters to get airborne, the film cuts to a view of some civilians running for their lives down a street. The two in the front, a guy in a beanie and a woman carrying a baby are the only two that stay the same when it cuts to a different angle. In the close up of these two, every single person around them running changes to completely different people in different clothing. (00:02:00)

Revealing mistake: When The Ray lands on the ground regrouping with the other Freedom Fighters, there is a bridge behind him with many civilians walking in the background. The animators took an obvious shortcut here as the civilians in the background just consist of the sprites of about 5-7 different people just repeated over and over again all in their same poses on each copy as they move. One especially noticeable one is a kid walking in an olive gray shirt with his arms up right next to himself over and over again. (00:01:45)
