Continuity mistake: Just after Mariette leaves the apartment, K is pouring himself a cup of a coffee, and places the pot next to the stove on the counter when he finishes. The lid has been removed from the tin, and then placed on top of it at a rotated angle. In a close-up shot of the table, the lid on top of the tin is positioned at a different angle. She is standing in front of a pathway, located between an area where there are glass booths filled with people having sex. Just before the shot cuts, an extra wearing a coat covering his entire body rolling a bike walks past Freysa and the pathway between the booths. The shot cuts to them walking over to K, and in the background, the extra with the bike can now be seen to the right of shot, further away from where he was before, walking past the same area a second time. Continuity mistake: When K is at the food court, in the close-up shot of the photos when he is looking at them, a plastic spoon can be seen inside the food tray on the table. Around a minute later, when he is approached by Mariette and the two other replicants, the plastic spoon cannot be seen. Later in the scene, when Mariette looks at the photos K has in his hand, the plastic spoon has suddenly reappeared. (00:43:25 - 00:44:25)

Continuity mistake: When Joi freezes whilst Lieutenant Joshi attempts to call K, in the shot where the voice message is playing, there is a long, thick strand of hair across going across her cheek. When K goes to leave the balcony after seconds later, the hair is now much shorter and thinner. The direction of the hair across her fringe also changes between shots. (00:23:10)

Continuity mistake: When Coco is examining the skeleton, Lieutenant Joshi is leaning against the medical table with her elbow a couple inches away from the skull and upper torso bones. A couple of shots later, when the camera focuses on the bones, Joshi's elbow is not against the table. Then in the next shot, her elbow is back again. (00:24:30)

Continuity mistake: When K and Joi are out on the balcony, there is a shot focusing on K where he attempts to place his hands on each side of Joi's face, almost touching the back of her head. The shot then cuts to a shot focusing on Joi, where his hands are now only around half way past the side of her face. (00:22:25)

Deliberate mistake: When Deckard wakes up in Wallace Corporation, there is a wide shot of the platform he is on. All four corners of the platform are empty in the wide shot. Deckard then looks at Wallace's visual aids as they float away, and then realises Wallace is standing in the corner directly facing where he is sitting, speaking to him. This corner was empty in the wide shot, with no sign of Wallace. Wallace could not have entered in between shots because Deckard would have seen him approaching or at the very least, heard his footsteps. This was likely done intentionally as to not give Wallace's reveal away too early. (02:08:55)

Continuity mistake: After K destroys the two other cars, Luv runs up to the front of the car to see out the front window. She places her left hand on the driver seat, with her hand touching near the bottom of a metal plate attached to the side of the seat. The shot cuts to a different angle, where he hand is now touching most of the metal plate attached to the seat. (02:20:05)

The replicant lands on a mat, with her left hand next to the edge in the wide shot. The shot cuts to a closer angle of the replicant, where her left hand is further from the edge. (00:38:20)

Continuity mistake: When Wallace is feeling the newborn replicant, in the shot where he says "to preserve the clay", he moves his left hand around the replicant's face and the shot ends with his left thumb placed on the left side of her head. The shot changes angles, and his thumb is now touching the back top of her head. (00:39:00)
