Continuity mistake: In the beginning when Frank is giving Freddy the warehouse tour, Frank mentions and points out wheelchairs that are off camera which is fine but when the headless corpse is trashing the warehouse, the wheelchairs are nowhere to be seen.

Continuity mistake: Trash's fantasy about being eaten alive comes true when several zombies attack her, taking bites out of her before she drowns in the Trioxin-water mix. When she reanimates, she's now got no bite marks on her.

Continuity mistake: The rocket car makes the jump right on target with only 1,100 pounds of pressure. If the rocket had the required pressure of 1,500 pounds, the car would have over shot the landing target and crashed into the parked vehicles.

Continuity mistake: At the end, when the runaway train is going through the garage, you see it approaching the end of the line as indicated by a large "bumper" at the end of the track yet when the shot changes to a front view to see it crashing through, the large "bumper" is gone.

Continuity mistake: When Crawl sits down with the log he is about to whittle, there is a large branch sticking out diagonally from the log. When the shot flips to a profile angle, the branch is now sticking straight up.

Suggested correction: The branch sticks straight out of the log, the only difference when the shot changes angles it the position the log is being held at, having the branch sticking more pointed to the sky rather than straight out from his lap angle.

Continuity mistake: When Matt Damon gets his letter stating that he passed the bar, he is holding it in his left hand. After he hugs the old lady, the letter has immediately jumped to his right hand. (00:35:10)

Continuity mistake: The movie takes place in 1962, yet the band at the dance is playing The Kingsmen version of Louie Louie which didn't come out until 1963.

Continuity mistake: In the opening credits, the guys are standing full depth in the giant shopping cart. When they get to the bottom, the cart most noticeably has a platform halfway down that the guys are standing on when they get thrown out. [It is mentioned on the cast commentary (by Bam) that they needed to raise it up because they were afraid of jumping out from so low down in the trolley. Still a mistake, but that's why it's there.]

Continuity mistake: At the end, when the naked killer is kicking the door, there is blood on the door from his feet. Several shots later, the blood on the door changes even though he has stopped kicking it. (01:34:45)
