Here Come the Brides (1968)
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, Jeremy falls and is clinging to a cliff face. In the close-ups, he's holding onto fairly solid grey rocks. In all the long shots, however, his stunt man/double is precariously perched on crumbling brown dirt. (00:01:00)

A Bride for Obie Brown - S2-E14
Revealing mistake: During the log-rolling contest at the end, Bobby Sherman's stunt double is very easy to spot. He has lighter, shorter hair and is much taller. His face (in profile) is even visible in several shots. (00:46:00)

Here Come the Brides (1968)
Revealing mistake: The mock-up of Clancey's ship that we see from the town never matches the stock footage of the ship at sea. Nor, apparently, did budget restraints allow for any movement of the mock-up that would make it appear to actually be floating on water. It glides into port on what is obviously wheels, perfectly level, and without a single creak or groan that a real ship would make.

Here Come the Brides (1968)
Deliberate mistake: Robert Brown wears a gold turtleneck sweater with his leather outfit throughout the series. Though it's more than 100 years beyond the show's 19th Century setting, he and the producers decided that he looked good in it, so allowed the anachronism to stand.

Here Come the Brides (1968)
Continuity mistake: Just before they leave for the meeting at Lottie's Place, Jason places a hand on Jeremy's shoulder. When the shot cuts, his hand jumps to a much lower position on Jeremy's forearm. (00:41:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When Jason, his brothers and all his men are marching down the wet street, tire treadmarks from the camera truck are visible in the mud under their feet.
