Dossier on a Diplomat - S4-E25

Continuity mistake: Kimble tells Hobart there's no new evidence that could get him another trial. But maybe Dr. Kimble is suffering from amnesia. In the past 3 1/2 seasons, he's uncovered no fewer than four potential witnesses who could provide new evidence in a second trial. (00:22:35)

Passage to Helena - S4-E22

Continuity mistake: Rafe and Kimble escape handcuffed together. They break the linking chain with a rock: each then wears a single bracelet. But when he kneels to examine the dead deputy, Kimble is wearing a cuff with an intact chain and an empty bracelet hanging from it. (00:28:45)

A Clean and Quiet Town - S4-E3

Continuity mistake: The rear tires on Kimble's car get stuck in the sand and spin when he's trying to U-turn and avoid the roadblock. After the police order him to drive back to town with them, however, the car wheels somehow unstick themselves, and Kimble has no trouble at all driving out of the sand pit. (00:48:25)

The Other Side of the Coin - S4-E16

Continuity mistake: When Sheriff Corby arrests Kimble outside the boarding house, the front door is open and the porch light is on. In the next shot, as they get in the car and drive away, the house door has closed itself and the porch light is off. (00:27:55)

The Other Side of the Coin - S4-E16

Continuity mistake: Corby hides Kimble in the trunk of his car. When it's partially opened, we see Kimble in a horizontal bar of sunlight. After Corby slams the trunk shut, we see another shot of Kimble, who should now be in the dark, still illuminated by the bar of sunlight. (00:47:20)

The Fugitive (1963)

Season 2 generally

Continuity mistake: Kimble is wounded in the leg and is limping badly when he escapes at the end. Yet in the epilogue, supposedly occurring soon after, he's walking down a road with no sign of the limp, and has also acquired a cowboy hat that he didn't have before. (00:45:50)

Glass Tightrope - S1-E12

Continuity mistake: When Rowland's wife unfolds Kimble's wanted poster, the center crease is peaked toward her. But when we see a close-up of it, the poster has been folded the opposite way, with the crease pointing away from her. (00:41:45)

Never Wave Goodbye (2) - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: In Part 1, Kimble worried about Gerard tracing him by a match he left behind. We got a close-up when he tore the match out of the book: it was the 3rd in a row of 5. But here, as he looks at the matchbook and worries again, the close-up shows the only match missing from the book is the 5th one. (00:02:00)
