Assignment: Earth - S2-E26

The Prisoner (1967)

Living in Harmony - S1-E14

Continuity mistake: At the final shoot-out, the Kid's hat lands and settles right next to his head after he falls. When Number 6 walks past him a few moments later, however, the hat has somehow moved itself more than a foot away.

The Prisoner (1967)

The General - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Number 6 is quite a quick-change artist. In the projection room, after the countdown reaches 2 minutes, he manages to: strip the unconscious technician; take off his own black suit, tie, hat and glasses; get into the white lab outfit, and finally, don all the communications gear in time for the 1-minute countdown announcement.

Star Trek (1966)

A Piece of the Action - S2-E17

Continuity mistake: While Kirk and McCoy attack the other two henchmen, Spock shoulder-pinches the card-playing gangster. In the very next shot, Spock's position has jumped from behind the now-unconscious man to several feet away, where he is bending over to retrieve the guns from the floor. (00:16:30)

Star Trek (1966)

A Piece of the Action - S2-E17

Continuity mistake: In the very first scene after the intro, when Bela's goons hold the landing party at gunpoint, Spock's position on the sidewalk shifts back and forth from standing on the other side of a wooden bench to standing alongside Kirk and McCoy with no bench in between. In fact, in the latter shots, the bench has moved all the way across the street. (00:04:50)

The Prisoner (1967)

The General - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: At the end, using only one finger of one hand, Number 6 types 4 characters on the typewriter. He then expressly states that what he typed was, "W-h-y question mark." But you can't type the question mark with one finger: it requires holding down the shift key.

The Prisoner (1967)

The General - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: Number 6 is stabbed in the hand during his struggle with the projectionist. After he's treated for the injury, not only is he placed in an unnecessary sling (his arm wasn't broken), he's also suddenly bleeding from the forearm, several inches above the area where he was stabbed.

The Prisoner (1967)

The Chimes of Big Ben - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When Number 6 and Nadia get into the shipping crate, they're both able to stretch out completely for the 12-hour trip. But when the crate is opened, it's suddenly several inches shorter, and 6 has to bend his neck at an uncomfortably sharp angle to fit into it.

Forever Knight (1992)

Fatal Mistake - S1-E21

Continuity mistake: The wooden plank with which Alexandra impales Nick completely changes angles (from flat side tilted left to flat side tilted right) between the time it strikes him and the time he pulls it out. It also appears to "grow" an inch or so wider than it was before. (00:39:00 - 00:40:25)
