X-Men (1992)

Old Soldiers - S5-E11

Other mistake: The Red Skull reveals that Cocteau is the one who sounded the alarm on Wolverine and Captain America, but at the time the alarm starts going off, there are no switches on the walls for him to have pressed, not to mention he was shown to have been standing in the middle of the corridor out of arm's reach of either wall. X-Men (1992)

Old Soldiers - S5-E11

Other mistake: The non-English wording on Cocteau's tombstone at the beginning of the episode is gibberish. It says "Pace et Rfouisat." When it is shown again at the end of the episode, it reads "Page et Resquiat." It appears that they were attempting to say "Rest in Peace," but they got their French and Latin confused. The proper French translation would be "Repose en Paix" and the proper Latin translation would be "Requiescat in Pace." (00:01:35)

No Mutant Is an Island - S5-E4

Other mistake: When Killgrave is standing in front of the projector, the projector image is cast onto his person matched color for color, except for when his own image in his true purple-skinned form appears and the image cast onto him maintains a normal flesh color. (00:11:20)

X-Men (1992)

A Deal with the Devil - S5-E3

Other mistake: When Omega Red brings the nuclear submarine to launch depth, the underwater cliff he parks it on is the exact same cliff where the submarine was originally located. (00:03:30 - 00:15:10)

A Deal with the Devil - S5-E3

Other mistake: After Omega Red stabilizes the nuclear sub while it is moving, the military somehow has a live video feed from outside the sub despite the fact that they didn't send any other submarines out to monitor the mission. (00:09:00)

The Phalanx Covenant: Part 2 - S5-E2

Other mistake: When Forge says "Now we need offensive power," he opens up a containment bubble with no one inside it. The bubbles are transparent, so he would have known whether or not someone was inside it and it would make no sense for him to open up an empty bubble since he was in need of reinforcements. Family Ties - S4-E17

Other mistake: When Scarlet Witch falls from the cliff, she lands on a hover craft and kicks its pilot off. The pilot is then immediately show falling into a pond. It then takes Scarlet Witch several seconds to save Quicksilver who was free-falling from the same cliff. Given how fast the hover craft pilot fell to the ground, Quicksilver also would have fallen to the ground before Scarlet Witch could have caught him. (00:16:50)

Secrets, Not Long Buried - S4-E15

Other mistake: When the group of mutants are listening to Solarr's speech, in one continuous shot of ten of them that lasts at least four seconds, they are all standing completely still, not one of them moving a muscle, blinking or making the slightest adjustment in their facial expressions. Love in Vain - S4-E14

Other mistake: After Rogue absorbs Wolverine's healing powers and purges the transformation spores from her system, she reverts back into human form including losing the tail that she grew. Given that the tail protruded from her backside, there should have been a hole in the back of her pants afterwards, yet there is none. (00:16:40)

Love in Vain - S4-E14

Other mistake: The tail that Rogue grows appears out of thin air as if it were magic. Given that she's going through an organic transformation, the tail should have formed gradually out of her coccyx. (00:15:55)
