Other mistake: For the first few episodes of this show, Rhodey is voiced by James Avery. However, there are two scenes in this episode with Rhodey providing voiceover, and you can tell he is voiced by Jim Cummings. Presumably Avery wasn't available to record the dialogue for these parts, so they just went with Cummings instead. (00:10:36 - 00:18:06)

When he steps into his armor however, he is now in a lab area surrounded by equipment (as usual, the shot of him stepping into his armor is recycled from the show's Season 1 intro).
