Factual error: Although the city where Blade Trinity occurs is never named, the involvement of the F.B.I. would suggest somewhere in the United States. However, as Blade chases Drake out onto the rooftops to save the baby Drake stole, you can see the Sears tower spire in Vancouver Canada and the sun burned image of the Hudsons Bay symbol on the wall behind him. Trivia: When Rory is walking down the street wearing the Predator mask, there is a bright red/orange alien walking toward him. This is a nod to the original Predator costume that looked like a big bug, the red/orange color was used to film the stealth camouflage scenes. The bug suit was scrapped after a few test shots proved how silly it looked. Jean-Claude Van Damme was in the original costume, but he was let go when the costume was scrapped. (00:45:20)

Continuity mistake: Wonder Woman is fighting the soldiers on the second floor in the village, after she retrieves her shield. Her sword goes from properly in her hand, to being held by the blade, to held by the blade upside down, but when she looks up, just before going through the window, the blade is normal again. Continuity mistake: When Watney decides to retrieve Pathfinder, the date is sol 79. On earth Vincent says Watney has been traveling in the same direction for 13 days, and maps Watney's position as about one quarter of the way to his target. Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the film, when Vincent announces the black hole, LT. Pizer asks Vincent to have a look at it on the holograph. As Vincent turns to operate the controls, a pair of hands are visible below Vincent, turning him. As the holograph comes on the hands can be seen moving out of frame. Continuity mistake: As Lucy begins to change into a black mass, you can see that mass destroying the wood floor. But, in the final shot, as you are looking down on the dead triad boss, the floor is perfect, with wood scraps scattered on it.

Continuity mistake: At several points, in the second half of the episode, you can see the identification number (2A401) on the general's jeep that Hawkeye stole. As well as the big star, showing it to be a general's jeep. At the end of the episode, Col. Potter shows up for the first time, in the same jeep.
