Corrected entry: In the scene where the soldiers gather around the downed tripod walker, one of the soldiers with a M242 (machine gun) has a green box of ammunition attached to it. Green boxes are for blank ammunition, black for live.

Swimfan (2002)
Corrected entry: The cops at the end of the movie really fouled up. First, since Swimfan has been arrested for murder, she should be handcuffed behind her back, not in front. Second, ALWAYS keep your body between the suspect and your weapon. The fact that the cop's pistol was towards SwimFan (not opposite the officer) and she was handcuffed, thus letting her get the gun and shoot both officers, should never have happened.
Correction: Another example of a character mistake not a movie mistake. Poor judgement, even when resulting in death, is still a poor decision making made by the character that anybody could make, not a movie error.

Josie and the Pussycats (2001)
Corrected entry: When the band gets their makeovers in New York, they step out of the store and they see a huge billboard picture of Josie and the Pussycats. It isn't possible that the picture would be up yet because they hadn't modeled for pictures yet with or without their new makeovers.
Correction: They could have have already had a publicity photo that they gave the company before their makeovers.

War of the Worlds (2005)
Corrected entry: If the aliens planned on taking over the Earth and planting vines to colonize the planet then they would have done some testing to ensure the planet was hospitable. It makes no sense that they would expend such effort to take over a planet without testing for or protecting themselves against deadly bacteria or viruses. Can you imagine a movie where humans simply land on an alien planet without testing the air and environment then proceed to run around naked?
Correction: Character mistake, not a movie mistake, the ending was taken from the book. The aliens may be a arrogant race and thought they could survive anything.

Sleepy Hollow (1999)
Corrected entry: When Braum and Ichabod come across the headless horseman near the bridge together, the horseman stabs Ichabod in his shoulder and uses it to lift and throw him a good distance away. Even if the sword went all the way through Ichabod, he is still too heavy to be flipped over like that. The sword which is sharp enough to cut off heads with ease should have gone right through him and split his shoulder in two.
Correction: When Ichabod was stabbed with the sword, the horseman drove it into him on a straight angle like this [- -] with the sharp edges on the left and right not like this [|] with the sharp edges up and down meaning that it was possible for the horseman to use it to flip Ichabod over his shoulder.

Correction: With the world being attacked by alien invaders, they may have been running tight on supplies and must have used whatever they could find to carry ammunition in.
