Revealing mistake: When we see Rome's car being pushed by the tank there is a shot from inside Rome's car looking forward. In this shot you can see tyre marks from previous takes on the road. (01:27:25)

Continuity mistake: When Shaw orders the driver to take the tank to the other side, the tank swerves to the left and just as the camera changes you can see the tracks stop. In the next shot though it is still traveling at speed. (01:26:00)
