Revealing mistake: Dom pours petrol over the money to make a point to Reyes. When he does, he pours a small bit on the top and chucks the can away. When he throws the lighter, the entire mound goes up instantly. Even areas with no petrol, and nowhere near the lighter. (00:47:05)

Suggested correction: Petrol is a liquid and as such it will run down from the top as well as the splashing of him pouring it. It will all go up instantly same as if you petrol to start a bonfire.

Fast Five (2011)
Corrected entry: Reyes is the only one able to open his vault in the police station as shown in the movie. All the cash from the cash houses are taken to the vault and we see Reyes arrive to check the money is in the vault. How did the money get in the vault if only Reyes himself can open it? To assume the vault is kept open would be ludicrous as it would defy the whole point of the vault. (00:52:30)
Correction: Reyes has all of his money taken from the safe houses to the police station, all at the same time. Yes, the vault is kept open until all the money gets there and then it is closed. There is no other way to do what Reyes wants without leaving the vault open. Bear in mind that under normal circumstances the money itself has very little actual security, because nobody else would be crazy enough to attack one of Reyes' safe houses.
While your correction is good in respect of the money being taken to the vault, my mistake was referring to the point before the heists. Reyes orders the money to be taken to the vault after the one safe house is hit. And when all the cash is being brought it, yes the vault would be kept open. But what about before the first hit on the safe house? It is extremely unlikely that the vault would have been open prior to this. So how was the vault opened to allow all the money to be brought in in the first place? If only Reyes can open it.
We don't know anything at all about the safe or its contents prior to the money being consolidated. It very well could have been completely empty and unlocked. Reyes could have unlocked the safe, left the building, and only returned once all his money was there. There just isn't enough information for this to be a plot hole. Remember, Reyes is only doing all of this because Dom burned his money. He fully trusts the cops to keep his money safe and it is fairly well established that nobody else in Rio would even attempt to steal from him.

Corrected entry: Roman says to Tej "We gotta go, let's do this." Then the second car pulls up with two girls in it. So now there are three girls and two guys for a total of five people. The cars only seat two people, which means only four people can go, and one would be left behind. (01:58:15)

Corrected entry: When Dom wears his cross necklace, it hangs low on his chest due to the long chain, When the interpreter is wearing it, it sits high on her chest as if it has a small chain. (01:14:00)
Correction: Since it's not her necklace, and she knows the chain is too long, she can easily just knot or twist the chain behind her neck until it is short enough. Alternatively, there's a long time lapse between Dom and her wearing at, and she could have used one of her own, shorter, chains from home.

Corrected entry: Hobbs asks his agent to run facial recognition against known associates of Dom's, and Tej's and Roman's pics pop up. The problem is they are not known associates of Dom's, they both literally just met him.

Fast Five (2011)
Corrected entry: Brian says that 49.2 kilo's is a million dollars in twenties. 1.000.000/20=500.000 notes of twenties. But when Reyes checks his vault, there's also a big bunch of fifties. And when Dom gives Vince's share to Rosa, there are also hundred dollar bills in there. This would seriously alter the weight - because the weight to value ratio of a fifty, and most certainly a hundred dollar bill, differs massively of that from a twenty. (00:28:30)
Correction: Depending on how Reyes fences and launders the money, he could be changing up to higher denominations to save space. All we know is that the money is delivered to the cash houses on a weekly basis. So by all means they could be delivered as twenties and fenced through banks or other business' to higher denominations. It's also explained that anything illegal in Rio is to do with Reyes so its entirely plausible he has more than twenties.
Correction: Maybe they went by 20s just to calculate how heavy the load could possibly be. Because if 20s were switched out for bigger bills, that would just make it lighter and easier for them to pull.

Corrected entry: When Hobbs shoots Reyes, listen closely and you can hear shells falling on the ground - impossible, seeing how Hobbs is using a revolver, which retains the shell casings.
