Corrected entry: At the end of the movie, when the magic blast is putting everything to rights, the evil weapon men are reduced to their original forms, the dragons are separated, but Garrett isn't healed. If the magic is powerful enough to separate the dragons when they've been joined from birth and can undo the magical army, shouldn't it be able to heal Garrett's blindness?

Correction: Well since it didn't happen then apparently not. One explanation could be that the magic blast only affects things of magical nature, like dragons and enchanted armies. Garrett's blindness wasn't caused by magic.
