Continuity mistake: In the pool when Constantine grabs the possessed Angela, he grabs her by her head with both hands. When it cuts he's holding onto her shoulders. (01:26:40)

Continuity mistake: When Constantine is seeing the doctor about his cancer you can see the lights on the screen showing the X-rays are on. When it cuts after she says "This is aggressive", the lights are suddenly off. (00:14:15)

Continuity mistake: There is a close up shot, when John slits his wrist, of the blood seeping around his watch. It is an integral part of the scene, yet moments later, when viewed from above, the blood is nowhere near the watch.

Continuity mistake: When Constantine manages to get the mirror through the window he falls on his back. To the right on the screen a chair lies on the floor beside a dresser. A few shots later when it cuts to Constantine getting up we can see the chair has changed position as its back now covers the opening of the dresser. (00:08:15)

Continuity mistake: When Constantine and Chas comes to Midnite's bar and the bouncer holds up the card, we see him holding the card between his thumb, index finger and middle finger. When it cuts, he holds it between his thumb and index finger only. (00:28:30)

Continuity mistake: When Angela visits Constantine you can see an ash tray and two bottles along with other stuff on Constantine's table. Later, when the demons fly outside Constantine's window, as the camera moves over the table you can see all items has suddenly been removed from the table. (00:34:40 - 00:36:10)

Continuity mistake: When Blade is fighting the henchmen near the end, he lifts the last surviving one into the air and you can see Blade's hand through the henchman's throat and it is obviously a dummy. Then, when he falls backwards, his hand is not on his throat, it is on the henchman's shoulder.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Peter gets a ride from Cleveland, there is no one behind the wheel of the car while Peter is walking up to the front door.

Continuity mistake: At Dwarrowdelf, as Gimli runs into the Chamber of Mazarbul toward Balin's Tomb, just past the doorway we see a long stick and a very short axe leaning on the right wall. Later when Legolas says, "Orcs!" Boromir runs to the door and now we see a long handle axe with the big blade on top, leaning on that same wall. This does not refer to the two axes in the corner. Revealing mistake: When Blade slices Reinhardt in half, as the sunglasses fly off the two halves of his face you can briefly see that Reinhardt (or more precisely the CGI model of him) has no eyes. (01:37:23)

Continuity mistake: In all five shots, the wax seal on the envelope with the ring is shaped differently. 1st- when Gandalf first seals the envelope with the melted wax. 2nd- when he hands the envelope to Frodo. 3rd- after Gandalf leaves, Frodo looks at the envelope. 4th- when Gandalf returns, Frodo finds the envelope in the trunk and hands it to him. 5th- when Gandalf tosses the envelope into the fire. Continuity mistake: At Balin's Tomb, in two shots Pippin backs up towards the stone well, and when the skeletal head falls into the well we see a part of the sticks behind the pail, lying on the well. In the shot from above as the body falls in, and in the close-up of the chain and pail falling in, the sticks aren't there. In the next shots of the stone well we see the sticks lying there. Continuity mistake: Aragorn's mouth is badly bloodied when he is headbutted by Lurtz, but the blood disappears almost immediately. (01:22:10)

Continuity mistake: When Frodo is stabbed by the cave Troll, he falls with his face to the left. It remains in this direction as Aragorn crawls towards him, but when he reaches him and turns him over he is facing to the right. (00:32:22)

Continuity mistake: When the hobbits are sitting at the table in the Prancing Pony in Bree, Merry comes back with a pint. Pippin leaves to get one too. Then we see Sam mention to Frodo that a man is looking at them, across the table sits Pippin and no Merry. (00:58:05)

Continuity mistake: When Leia's holo-message is being played in Luke's garage, and C-3PO explains about R2-D2's restraining bolt, the background behind the hologram has been flipped.

Continuity mistake: When Han and Luke (disguised as stormtroopers), and the "captured" Chewbacca are waiting for a lift in the Death Star, an officer wearing a grey shirt walks by, which changes to an officer wearing a black shirt in the next shot. Widescreen version only.

Revealing mistake: When Wedge leaves the Death Star trench, the green screen is visible behind him for a few frames. (01:54:38)

Revealing mistake: In Cloud City, Lando, Leia and Chewbacca are running to the Millennium Falcon, and when then they run into a door after Leia shoots a stormtrooper, a white rubber sole can be seen under one of Chewie's feet. (01:42:40)
