Continuity mistake: When Ariel is about to discover she has feet, a thin strand of hair falls in between her breasts. A frame later, a wider strand is now laying on the right boob. This swaps back and forth several times.

Continuity mistake: When Ursula and Eric are about to marry, everyone is facing the aisle. A frame later, from a different angle, they've turned 45º and face the priest.

Continuity mistake: When Louis dips Sebastian in the bowl, a pot appears on the right, and the jar on the left loses its lid.

Continuity mistake: When Ariel spies the guys on the boat, she is under an arched window. Depending on the angle, the space is made of 3 blocks of wood, or 2. This keeps changing randomly all the time.

Continuity mistake: When the birds fly to attack Ursula and Eric, both them and the priest disappear in the aerial angle.

Continuity mistake: On the pier, when Ariel watches Eric's ship sail away, the flowers around the column are two meters above her head. When the angle changes, they're now just a couple of centimeters above.

Continuity mistake: When Ariel sees a fork for the first time, it is sitting on some wooden planks. When the shot changes, the fork's position, plus the looks of the planks (which now resemble something like a broken chair) are completely different.

Continuity mistake: When Ariel's dad hugs her goodbye, from the angle in front she is above his shoulder and hair, but from the immediate opposite angle she is standing in a lower position, his hair covering her face.

Continuity mistake: When Ariel's father transforms her into human, the sand mound Eric is laying by disappears.

Continuity mistake: Louis flours Sebastian while holding the bowl sideways by the edge of the table. A frame later, his hand is away and the bowl is laying flat on the center of the table.

Continuity mistake: After becoming human, Ariel swims and rest on a floating rock amidst the sea. A frame later she is laying on a rocky wall by the shore.

Continuity mistake: During the eels scene, when Ariel is crying, the stone she lays on is a single stone laying almost flat on the sand; then swaps to a double stone, and when she sends the eels away it is a single stone though way steeper, standing upright.

Continuity mistake: When Ariel is crying and Sebastian comes to comfort her, there's a vase, two planks and a small bottle behind her. When the angle changes, every object is different, even the area looks much wider.
