Continuity mistake: When Cora and Sheba are leaving the house, they are using the left panel of the double door, opening it inward. But when Django leaves the house, using the right door panel, you can see an astragal (the seal between a pair of doors) attached to the far side of the left panel. This would have prevented the left door panel from being opened inward as Cora did. (02:38:00 - 02:39:55)

Factual error: At the beginning of the movie, Indy escapes in biplane with registration OB-CPO (a Star Wars nod, as noted in trivia). However the OB registration is used by Peru, and it should be followed by four digits, not by three letters. (00:12:10)
Suggested correction: Simply not true, as with most countries with two-letter civil aircraft registrations, Peru used the XX-YYY format at this time: http://www.airhistory.org.uk/gy/reg_OA-.html.

Factual error: The bombing altitude for Nagasaki was 30 000 feet (~10 km), but in the opening scene the planes bombing Nagasaki are a lot lower than that. The bomb also detonated at 1,500 feet, not at ground level as shown. (00:03:25)

Continuity mistake: After pilots jump from the plane, there is a shot showing a view from the cockpit. You can see a propeller standing still, even before the fuel runs out. (00:16:00)

Factual error: At the beginning of the movie there is information, that "Poland surrenders to the Germans after less than a month of fighting." In fact, the last big battle during Invasion of Poland (Battle of Kock) took place between 02-05 October, more than a month after first shots were fired. And Poland also never officially surrendered to the Germans. (00:03:30)

Continuity mistake: When Jack arrives in New York he's right next to the Statue of Liberty. When the camera pans abowe the Statue of Liberty, you can see that front of the Statue is in light, and it's back in shadow. In the next shot front of the Statue is in shadow, and back in light. (01:42:35)
