Continuity mistake: After discussing whether Anakin is the chosen one or not, the ship Yoda, Obi-Wan and Windu are flying on goes in for landing. When it goes down there is no trace of clones on the ground where it is about to land. When it cuts several clones awaits them. Also two huge vehicles suddenly appears on the ground. (00:39:20)

Continuity mistake: When Anakin and Palpatine are talking and Palpatine says he is depending on Anakin to be "the eyes, ears and voice" for the republic, they are passing a column on Palpatine's side. When it cuts they pass it again. (00:34:45)

Continuity mistake: When Obi-Wan and Anakin are fighting Griveous' droids, Palpatine is being dragged against the door. When Griveous says "Stay at your stations" it cuts and we can briefly see Palpatine standing still in the left corner. (00:18:55)

Continuity mistake: During the chase when both Obi-Wan and Grievous falls off the vehicle Grievous is driving, you see Obi-Wan flying off head first. When it cuts, he comes flying standing straight up in the air. (01:03:25)

Continuity mistake: When Obi-Wan gets back to where he killed Grievous, in the overhead shot, you can see Grievous lying dead at least ten feet away from the ship. When it cuts to Obi-Wan climbing inside the ship Grievous is only a few feet away. (01:23:30)

Continuity mistake: When Anakin tells Padme he's found a way to save her, she says "Is that what's bothering you" while placing her hand on his chest and pulling it away again. When it cuts her hand is still on his chest. (00:51:30)

Continuity mistake: When Anakin, Obi-Wan and Palpatine are hanging in the elevator shaft as Obi-Wan says "Too late, jump." we see him still holding around Anakin's shoulders. As it cuts he is suddenly by Anakin's waist level. (00:16:35)

Continuity mistake: On Utapau when Obi-Wan gets off the creature before jumping down to Grievous, he pats the creature on its head. When it cuts his hand is nowhere near the creature. (00:54:45)

Continuity mistake: When Anakin cuts off Count Dooku's head we see him putting his arms down. When it cuts to Dooku falling Anakin is standing with both arms stretched out. (00:13:50)

Continuity mistake: When Bail Organa is at the Jedi Temple when the young Jedi start fighting the troops, the Jedi chops off a trooper's foot. When Organa takes off, the foot is gone. (01:21:25)

Continuity mistake: When Obi-Wan and Anakin are fighting Grievous' droids we see two droids dragging Palpatine through an opening door. A couple of shots later we still see the droids dragging Palpatine through the door which is still opening in the same position as earlier. (00:18:55)

Continuity mistake: When Obi-Wan and Grievous are fighting, Grievous punches Obi-Wan through the air. Obi-Wan's stick then lands by his feet. When it cuts the stick has moved further up lying right next to him. (01:03:40)

Continuity mistake: In the shot where Anakin as talking with Senator Organa, C3-PO is walking behind Organa. When it cuts to behind them and we see Padme, C3-PO is now a few feet ahead of Organa. (00:24:35)

Continuity mistake: When Anakin is choking Padme and lets her go, she falls to the ground. She lands a few feet away from the line on the floor. Two shots later she is lying on the line. She is unconscious so she couldn't have moved. (01:42:10)

Continuity mistake: When Anakin and Senator Organa are talking and Anakin walks towards Padme, Organa turns around and start walking. When it cuts Organa turns around and start walking again. (00:24:45)

Continuity mistake: Yoda sends Darth Sidious flying over the table knocking down his chair. But when Darth Sidious jumps back over the table the chair is up again. (01:45:35)

Continuity mistake: When Obi-Wan and Yoda are about to leave the Jedi Temple and Obi-Wan says "Wait, Master, there is something I must know", Yoda stops. Notice the pattern on the floor under Yoda. When it cuts you can see from the pattern on the floor that Yoda has moved. (01:33:10)
