Continuity mistake: When Leela is at the pub and starts crying, it cuts to Bender who also starts crying. The darts on the wall behind Bender change position between the shots. (00:10:00)

Continuity mistake: When Harry opens the letter from Sirius Black, he throws away the string that was tied around the letter. When it cuts, the string is back in his hand.

Continuity mistake: When the TriWiz chalice is revealed the camera zooms in on the chalice and you can see there is no one standing near it. When it cuts Igor is suddenly standing right behind it.

Continuity mistake: When Barty Crouch places the chalice on the table he has his hand under the piece of cloth lying on top of it. When it cuts to Dumbledore you can see Barty in the background with his hand outside the cloth.

Visible crew/equipment: In the dining hall when Dumbledore says, "Eternal glory, that's what awaits," it cuts to Harry and the other kids sitting at the table. Right behind Harry's seat you can see a white tape marker on the floor. (00:19:15)

Continuity mistake: In the scene after the old caretaker is killed, Ron is seen sleeping on the bed and as Hermione is about to wake him up his arms change position. His right hand is first resting on the pillow, when it cuts it's under the pillow. (00:03:55)

Continuity mistake: When Hermione is walking over to wake up Ron she places a candle on the table. When it cuts the candle has moved closer to the edge of the table.

Revealing mistake: When Alice finds Bill killed and hung up on the door you can see Bill blink his eye. (01:08:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When Pamela Vorhees pulls over to pick up Annie we can see a man's arm reflected in the front shield sitting in the passenger seat. (00:18:30)

Audio problem: When the kid is playing classic guitar the movement on the guitar's neck doesn't match the music. He somehow manage to play high tones on low frets. (00:36:45)

Visible crew/equipment: After they've killed the snake, Alice says "Is it dead?" and as the camera pans up, the boom mic's shadow is visible moving across the wall, directly over Ned's head and the red box. (00:26:05)

Continuity mistake: When Annie is hitchhiking and the red truck pulls over she is standing in the shade. When it cuts she is standing in the sun. (00:18:30)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene at the diner after the kids have played "Strip Monopoly" there is a shot of Sandy behind the counter and some customers walking out of the diner. Look behind the last woman walking out and you can see a crew member reflected in the window. (00:46:25)

Visible crew/equipment: When Porter and Rosie arrive at the hide out apartment and Porter says "He'll live, how are you?", you can briefly see the boom mike shadow move on the door. (00:59:55)

Continuity mistake: When Porter enter Stegman's office we see Stegman's bodyguard sitting with his right arm on his knee. When it cuts to a shot in front of him he holds his right hand to his mouth. (00:22:05)

Continuity mistake: At the end when it is revealed that Courtney killed Liz, we see several of the teenagers standing right in front of the stage. As Courtney walks through the crowd several of the teenagers have moved away from the stage and further back in the crowd. They couldn't have moved that fast through the rest of the crowd.
