Continuity mistake: There is a mistake in the opening of Season 2 and Season 3. When Charlie says "I took them away from all that and now they work for me", we see Kelly, Sabrina and Kris meeting in front of the Police Department. That is not possible: Kelly and Sabrina attended the Police Academy in Los Angeles, while Kris was in San Francisco. Kelly and Sabrina didn't even know that Kris had graduated from the Police Academy. (00:00:25)

Continuity mistake: Sabrina and Kelly are in the same car and they are having a phone call with Bosley. Since there is only one phone, they are both very close to it. Continuity mistake: After hitting O'Reilly, Sybil goes to the desk and grabs the phone. In the first shot, Sybil grabs the phone with her right hand, she puts it next to her ear and then put her left hand on the microphone. She turns her back to Basil and O'Reilly. In the next shot, the phone has not been put next to the ear yet, while Sybil's left hand is not on the microphone but on the cable. (00:23:40)

In "The Champion", Donovan does not have a laser pistol. However, there are some shots in which he has that pistol: obviously, those shots are taken from TFB.

Continuity mistake: "Blackadder Back and Fourth": Blackadder and his guests are going down stairs. Blackadder is first, George is second, Melchett is third, Elizabeth is fourth and Darling is fifth. Blackadder gives his notebook to George. When they arrive downstairs, Melchett and Elizabeth are ahead of George. This is not logical, since the stairs are too narrow and they could not have passed George. (00:03:40)

Continuity mistake: After a talk with Diana on the mothership, Lydia is left alone and then she takes a message out of her uniform. She wears a ring on her left middle finger and her nails are painted red. In the following shot we see Lydia's hands put the message into a box.
