Corrected entry: When the robber is holding up the convenience store and later shooting at Robocop, look at the gun barrel on his gun. It is wobbling the whole time and made out of something soft so Robo can easily bend it. Actually looks kinda silly.

Corrected entry: How could Murphy possibly regain his memory?. He was shot between the eyes at point blank range. He wouldn't have had much a brain left to regain his memory. Impossible to believe.
Correction: He wasn't shot between the eyes. He was shot on the right hand side of his head, as can be seen in the hospital scene where they try to revive him, and the scar on his head as Robocop, only causing a small amount of brain damage. On top of that he only has about 3 memories which are triggered by familiar surroundings and dreams. No one fully understands how memories work/are stored.
While it did change his personality somewhat, Phineas Gage suffered much the same severity of head injury that Murphy did, his memory survived fine. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phineas_Gage.
