Continuity mistake: In the school cloakroom above the coats, is a shelf of dodgeballs, footballs and basketballs. Look at the arrangement of the balls when Miss Kettlewell enters the cloakroom. When Miss Kettlewell is stabbed, and crashes into the desks, you can see in the cloakroom that the arrangement has totally changed and additional items have appeared. (00:36:25 - 00:37:05)

Continuity mistake: When Miss Kettlewell is about to check the children's homework sheets, she puts her glasses on. Then when she discovers the profanity written on Andy's work, you can see her glasses hanging down by her chest. They're back on in the next shot. (00:33:35)

Continuity mistake: In the very first shot of Miss Kettlewell reading, in the background beside the closet is a ruler leaning against the doorframe. When Miss Kettlewell walks to Andy the ruler is now leaning upright against the wall, no longer leaning on the doorframe. (00:32:40)

Continuity mistake: When Kyle climbs into Andy's room, she unties his hand from the skipping rope, and Andy punches Chucky, who falls down onto the floor by the side of the bed. Yet when Phil comes in, he picks up Chucky from the floor by the end of the bed. (00:29:30)

Continuity mistake: When Kyle and Andy are climbing up the metal roller conveyer, in a wide shot when Kyle calls "Come on" to Andy, you can see Kyle is right at the top of the conveyer, but when the shot changes, Kyle isn't quite at the top yet. (01:06:30)

Continuity mistake: When the fire alarm has been set off, Andy is standing at the top of the staircase, looking at Kyle. Then Grace Pool walks down the stairs and grabs Andy by the top of his arm. But when the shot changes she is holding his hand. (00:58:00)

Continuity mistake: When the fire alarm has been set off, all of the children run down stairs, and at the end of the line of children, we see Andy who stops at the top of the stairs. When he stops you can see a girl holding a teddy going down the stairs, and she is nearly reaches the bottom. But when the shot changes, the girl is nearly at the top of the stairs again. (00:57:50)

Continuity mistake: When Kyle first breaks the car, and Chucky flies out the window, behind the wire fence you can see loads of barrels and crates. But when Kyle smashes the car into the fence in an attempt to hit Chucky, in a wide shot you can see all the barrels and crates have fallen over, but there are less barrels and crates than in the previous shot. Continuity mistake: From when we see Phil hit the floor and break his neck, to when we see Phil again in a different shot when Joanne runs over to him, the way Phil is laying has changed. (00:45:35)

Continuity mistake: When Phil stops the car due to nearly hitting a truck, the truck turns and drives along beside the car. The truck starts passing the car, but then as the shot changes, you can see out of the car window the same part of the truck passing the car once again. (00:09:50)
