Continuity mistake: When Dwight opens the door and is down on the floor, Ray and Buddy help him. The big machine with the large red letters changes from reading "99:0..." to "00:00:00" then back to the "99:0..." between shots. (01:06:00)

Continuity mistake: When the skeleton climbs out of the furnace, in one shot there's nothing on its shoulders and then big lumps of white ash appear on them in the next shot. (00:49:20)

Continuity mistake: When Hanson picks up the turkey and puts it on his hand, there is nothing under the wing of it. Then a rosemary sprig appears under the wing. It then falls out in a wideshot, yet it's back in the following closeup and then finally disappears in the next shot. (00:23:35)

Continuity mistake: When Father McFeely arrives at Hell House, Megan's Mother opens the door, and he walks forward and raises his hand to his hat. Then in the next behind shot his hand is down but in the next shot his hand is on his hat again, and he then takes his hat off. (00:01:55)

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene when the priest is playing the piano, in close shots of him you can see the back of the musical sheets sitting on the piano, and they are just pages of musical notes. Yet between two shots a book which says "Eckstein" appears. Then in the next close shot the "Eckstein" booklet isn't there and just musical sheets are visible. (00:00:25)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy is driving along, singing, both of her windows are rolled down about halfway. We can see the window next to Cindy is rolled down halfway in the first two closeups of Cindy. It then cuts to a wideshot of the car and then another closeup, and the window is now fully winded down. Cindy clearly never winds the window down, it has just rolled down between shots. (00:13:40)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy is driving along, singing along to a song in her car, in wide shots of the car, you can see the road she drives down has a white fence running along both sides of the road. But in shots of Cindy in her car, a white fence should be visible, but isn't there. (00:13:35)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy fights with the possessed cat, the cat picks up a chair, and as he does you can see the chair is a white colour. But when he smashes the chair over Cindy, the chair is brown. (00:33:30)

Continuity mistake: When Buddy chucks his rugby ball at Cindy, it hits her in the head, and she crashes into a table, smashing the table and vases up. In the next shot of her, the table and vases are much more smashed, and everything is in a much different position. (00:27:20)

Continuity mistake: When Buddy chucks a rugby ball at Cindy, Cindy falls into a table, then crashes to the floor. Then Buddy runs to Cindy and picks up his rugby ball which is laying beside her. But the ball wasn't there in the previous shot of her on the floor. (00:27:15)
