Continuity mistake: Episode 1-22, Kansas v. Tom's Parents. In the opening sequence where Tom and Susan is attending a party, watch the glasses and their contents. In some shots Tom is holding one glass in his left hand, in other shots he's holding it in his right. In another shot he's holding two glasses. The number of olives in the glasses also changes between shots.

Pahtay - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Maria talks about wanting to throw the vase to the floor, the vase changes between shots. When she eventually throws it to the floor it's the original vase. This was most likely done due to a retake that had to be shot after the original vase was thrown to the floor and destroyed.

Talk Radio - S1-E18

Continuity mistake: As Tom stops the playback of the sound bite Lewis recorded the CD player opens. In the next shot we see the CD player, it's closed.

Continuity mistake: Just before Adolf's exercise with the rest of the staff, the position of Adolf's arms change between shots.

Audio problem: When Steve Martin is talking to Bonnie Hunt on the phone and the kids are playing, a small dart lands between his feet. The sound the dart makes when it sticks to the floor is not accurate at all and deliberately sounds as if it comes from a object much heavier. (00:50:25)

Continuity mistake: Just before Jake fights Lupus, he takes off his tie. In the following shots the tie is alternately on and off.

An Old Flame With a New Wick - S1-E18

Continuity mistake: When Charlie and Bill are drinking beer at the table in the bar, the level of beer in Charlie's bottle varies from shot to shot.

Trivia: There's a notable difference between the trailer and the final version of the movie. The change was made in the scene where the lamp falls down next to Truman. In the trailer, as Truman looks up, he sees a closing hole in the sky, but in the final version of the movie, this hole is replaced by a lamp post. (00:03:50)

Super Boy - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the show, when the boys are eating eggs and sausages, Alicia gives Jimmy a sausage. In the next shot, the sausage is in another position, and in the shot after that there are two sausages on his plate.
