Corrected entry: While in the first film, Esme Hoggett has an American accent and Fly and Rex the sheepdogs have English accents, in Babe: Pig in the City, they all have a Scottish accent, the most notable is Esme's.

Babe: Pig in the City (1998)
Correction: Both Fly and Rex have American accents in the first film. Esme's accent in the first film has mostly American pronunciations but Scottish/Welsh cadence. Most of the live-action cast in the first film, including Esme's actress, were Australian, but if you look closely at their lip movements in the first film, you'll see typical Australian accent mouth movements with American accents dubbed over.
