The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1

Continuity mistake: When Edward and Bella are in the taxi in Brazil, he has his wedding ring on. In the shot when he kisses Bella in the street, the ring is suddenly gone.

Revealing mistake: When Bella calls Rosalie, you can briefly see the cell phone screen before she puts it to her ear. The lock screen is still visible, showing she didn't dial anything. (00:55:45)

Sammi

Revealing mistake: Notice when Edward picks up Bella at the island. He kind of stumbles like Bella is heavy although he has superhuman strength.

Trivia: SPOILER! Don't leave at the end of the movie when the credits are rolling - there is a juicy tidbit involving the Volturi that you don't want to miss.

Tricia Webster

Trivia: Rob Pattinson's butt crack was showing during the filming of the lovemaking scene with him and Kirstin Stewart and so the crew had to recut the scene and they "cut the crack out and painted over it." In PG-13 movies you can show butt cheeks but not butt cracks according to Rob Pattinson. (Ellen show Nov 18, 2011).

Question: If imprinting is possible for werewolves then why didn't Jacob do it to Bella? Mad Magazine pointed this out as he does this to her daughter, kind of creepy it was.

Rob245

Answer: Imprinting is an involuntary mechanism. The shape-shifter can't voluntarily imprint on anybody. Jacob tried to imprint on Bella but was unable to do so and began going around looking for other girls to imprint on but, is unable to do it of his own free will.

On the flip side, Sam Ulee was in love with Leah Clearwater, but then he involuntarily imprinted on Emily, dumping Leah and breaking her heart.

raywest

Answer: In addition to the other answer, imprinting is not only a sexual thing. As Jacob explains it, it is about being whatever the person who is imprinted on wants or needs, whether it is as a lover, a protector, a life-long friend, etc.

Question: In the credits at the end, there is a Volturi scene where Aro reads a message written by his receptionist "Swwwweet Bianca." He points out that she spelt Carlisle's name incorrectly, then he gestures to the guards, to take her away and kill her. Of the note, he says, "First, it's the spelling, then the grammar." What does this mean? (What does he mean by "then the grammar"?).

Answer: He's merely justifying why Bianca should be killed. While reading the note, he notes that she misspelled "Carlisle", then surmises she'll also make grammar errors. Aro does not tolerate imperfections, has little regard for human life, and most likely intended to dispose of her.

Question: In the end credits scene, what is it that the Volturi wanted? If it was Renesmee, is that a mistake, since they were informed about it in part 2?

MikeH

Answer: They want Alice because she can see into the future, which would be a significant advantage to the Volturi. Aro destroys other covens, sparing the one member who has some special ability.
