Continuity mistake: When talking to Barry on the apartment roof for the first time, Vanessa is sitting in a chair in front of a pink-flowered tree. In the next shot, the tree disappears, only to reappear in the shot following it. (00:25:40)
Other mistake: After all the plants have stopped being pollenated when the pollen jocks are getting ready for liftoff you see the branches outside the window have green leaves.
Trivia: The bear in the courtroom is actually Vincent from Dreamworks' Over the Hedge.
Trivia: Megan Mullally was originally cast as the voice of the Queen of Barry's hive and had even recorded her lines. Due to film cuts, her character was cut. Jerry Seinfeld still wanted her to have a part in the movie, so he gave her the role of the Honex Tour Guide.
Barry B. Benson: Ya like jazz?
Adam Flayman: Wow! She looked hot.
Barry B. Benson: She's my cousin.
Adam Flayman: She is?
Barry B. Benson: Yes, we're all cousins.
Barry B. Benson: This sweater is Ralph Lauren, and I have no pants.
Question: What two items were on Mr. Liotta's resume that should have been excluded?

Answer: You are referring to Mr. Montgomery. And the license plate on Montgomery's car says "ALI BUY" on it. As in buying an alibi.
Question: Why on the plane, when Barry calls for Vanessa, does he say "24bee," not just Bee?
Answer: He says, "Will the passenger in Seat 24B...", the seat where Vanessa is sitting.
