Revealing mistake: When the stripper appears from the changing room during the cabaret scene, the stripper music is heard, but if you look carefully the tape recorder which is supposed to be playing the music is not actually moving.

Starring: Kenneth Williams, Kenneth Connor, Elke Sommer, Bernard Bresslaw
Genres: Comedy
Continuity mistake: When Ian Lavender is outside the shower room he has a yellow towel, but as soon as he gets inside it has changed to an orange patterned towel.
Continuity mistake: When Fred kicks the beach ball into the man's washing up basin, the ball is all wet and covered in bubbles. When the man throws the ball over the next door neighbour's caravan and falls into their salad bowl, the ball is now clean and dry.
Trivia: Although Joan Sims plays Patsy Rowlands' mother in this film, Sims was only four years older than Rowlands.
Suggested correction: There was only eight months between the two actresses.
Wikipedia has Patsy Rowland's date of birth wrong. Patsy died in 2005 and in a 2005 article by The Guardian, the article list her age as 71. This would put her birth year 1934, not 1931, which is also confirmed at the end of the article.
Trivia: In the butcher's shop scene at the beginning of the film, Fred rescues Ernie who has been locked in the freezer overnight. Jack Douglas was covered in frost effect plastic for the scene, but the rest of the cast/crew felt he had got away lightly, and threw him into a river.
Prof. Anna Vrooshka: Tomorrow, we are poking holes all over caravan site.
Prof. Roland Crump: I don't think they would like that at all.
Prof. Anna Vrooshka: It's ok, we are poking early.
