Continuity mistake: In the scene where the Griffins are having breakfast and Stewie is drunk, Brian has one egg on his plate, and some bacon. After Stewie jumps from the shelf, Brian has two eggs and no bacon.

Audio problem: When "Randy Newman" is playing the piano in the beginning, it is completely visible that the piano hammers aren't moving at all.
Continuity mistake: At the nursing home near the end when Lois reveals that she knows 'Pablo' is really baby Stewie, Stewie's hat is on the table in between her and grown-up Stew. Shots pass and it changes to being in between the two Stewies. The scene cuts to Peter being silly and then cuts back to the home, where the hat has totally vanished and doesn't reappear.
Stewie Griffin: Look, I really don't want to go to hell, but I can't stop my nature. I'm just a hateful person.
Brian Griffin: You're not hateful you just need to control your anger. Like I do.
Stewie Griffin: Oh, you mean by being sauced all day! Wait a minute! Of Course! That's it! If I'm drunk I'll be calm and if I'm calm I'll be nice, and if I'm nice then I won't go to hell. Fix me a highball I'm going to get good and tight.
Diane Simmons: In other news, after several grueling days of frightening uncertainty, I finally get my period.
Tom Tucker: Well Diane, I'm sure you and your brother must be devastated by the loss of the two-headed offspring that might have been.
Tricia Takanawa: Here comes Mayor Adam West himself. Mr. West, do you have any words for our viewers?

Answer: There are two versions on the disc. From the main menu you can go to a sub menu that allows you to choose which one you watch.

How do I find it? I've been looking and can't see it anywhere.
The only thing it lets me choose is subtitles and different languages.
Have you looked in the Languages menu? It should let you select the uncensored English audio track.
