Continuity mistake: In the close up of Thorne dropping his keys in a dish near the beginning of the movie, his keys are for a Dodge vehicle, but he drives a Cheverolet Sedan.
Continuity mistake: When Thorne looks at the coke sniffer, it changes position between shots.
Trivia: The first "Hellraiser" movie to be released direct-to-video.
Trivia: Like several other entries in the series, this was originally not meant to be a "Hellraiser" film. The studio felt the script would be a good fit for the series, so it was rewritten to add in the cenobites and puzzle box.
